Where are the parties?
The parties are split across two areas: the Full Moon Party is on the beach at Haad Rin, and almost everything else happens in the jungle behind Ban Tai. Here's exactly where each one is and how to reach it.

Area: Haad Rin — south-east tip of the island
The party runs the length of the ~800m Sunrise Beach (Haad Rin Nok). Bars and sound systems line the sand end to end and you walk freely between them.
Getting there: Ferry direct to Haad Rin pier, or a taxi / songthaew over the hill from Thong Sala & Ban Tai (~30 min). Fares surge after 2am.
Area: Ban Tai jungle — inland, up in the hills
A natural clearing built into the jungle north of the south-coast road, inland from Ban Tai village.
Getting there: Up a jungle track from Ban Tai. Most tickets include transport from set pickup points; otherwise take a shared songthaew — don’t ride a scooter up in the dark after drinking.
Area: Ban Tai jungle — near the waterfalls
A purpose-built jungle festival site among the waterfalls in the hills behind Ban Tai.
Getting there: Inland from Ban Tai; shared taxi / songthaew, and some tickets include a transfer from pickup points.
Area: Ban Tai / Eden Garden area
A permanent, heavily-produced jungle venue with multiple stages near Ban Tai / Eden Garden.
Getting there: Jungle venue near Ban Tai; tickets usually include return transport from pickup points around the island.
Area: Ban Tai — Why Not Bar area / Ban Tai Beach
An intimate jungle-and-beach party around the Why Not Bar area of Ban Tai on the south coast.
Getting there: Around the Why Not Bar area / Ban Tai Beach; shared taxi. It’s properly dark out there — bring closed shoes and a small torch.
