HOW TO GET HERE

Koh Phangan is located in the Gulf of Thailand next to its larger sister Island Samui. Koh Phangan does not have an airport and only accessible by boat. You can however fly to Samui from various destinations across Asia which include Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. Once you land in Samui you can catch one of the local daily ferries across the Koh Phangan.

There are at least five companies with daily crossings from Koh Samui. The first and most popular is Lomprayah which is a high speed catamaran with 3 daily trips to and from the Island. This service also goes onto Koh Tao, and mainland destinations which include Chumporn and Donsak. Lomprayah will always dock at Thongsala pier on Phangan.
